For family travelers, a trip to the city zoo can be a real treat. It’s a chance to get a little exercise and let off a little steam. It’s a fun break from other educational and cultural activities. It’s a chance to get to know some new animals, often native to the destination where you may be. And for many travelers, it’s just a heck of a nice break.

Did you hold your nose? Beautiful as they are, flamingos are always the worst smelling creatures at the zoo. 🙂
It wasn’t too bad. I didn’t know they could be so messy and smelly, though.
